Obituary of Charles Fulcher

Charles “Chuck” Fulcher, age 84, of The Villages, FL passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018. He was born in New Bern, NC on July 23, 1934. Chuck served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He married Kiyoko Shibata in Japan during his military service. After his military service they returned to North Carolina. They were married for over 40 years until her passing in 1996. He then married Johanne Favaloro who passed away in 2012. Chuck worked for many Engineering Firms as a Construction Project Manager that included the Suntrust Tower in Tampa Bay. He enjoyed golfing, travel and The Villages Lifestyle.

 He is survived by sons Richard Fulcher (Gloria) and Steve Favaloro (Katrinka); daughters Patricia Henshaw (Mark) and Kristine Ganley (Bill); grandchildren Diana, Bryan, Christopher, Taylor, Alex, Tony, Neisha, Kristofer and Colleen; and 13 great grandchildren.

 He was preceded in death by his wife Johanne R. Fulcher who passed away on March 10, 2012.

 A celebration of life will be held at St George Episcopal Church, 1250 Paige Place, Lady Lake, FL 32159 on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 11 am. His remains will rest at Arlington National Cemetery.

 Memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and/or St George Episcopal Church in memory of Charles Fulcher.
