Obituary of Lynn Allen Parks

Lynn Allen Parks, 80, of Belleview, Florida passed away November 3, 2018 at Hampton Manor of Marion, Belleview, Florida.

He was born in Detroit, Michigan as son of the late Raymond and Oleta Parks. Prior to his retirement he worked as a welder for General Motors Automotive Division.  Lynn was a prolific artist and painted in oil, acrylic and watercolor.  He also loved building and creating model railroad platforms.

Lynn is survived by sons, Kevin Parks, Kenneth Parks,  Troy Parks and Norman Edward Parks, his sisters, Gail A Sharp of  Belleview, FL, and Patricia Kappauf of Naples, FL brothers, Raymond Richard Parks of  Belleview, FL, Robert Parks of  Belleview, FL, Michael Parks of Pomroy, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Lawrence C Parks.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 5946 SE Robinson Road, Belleview, FL 34420. Friends may gather from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Condolences may be left at Hiers-Baxley.com
