Obituary of Herbert Arthur Thomas

Herbert A. Thomas, 82 of Ocala, Florida passed away on September 14, 2018.  He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  He worked as a telephone technician and was a volunteer for many years at ORMC.  Survivors include his wife Margaret (Peggy); one sister, Ruth Dunfey of New Hampshire and one brother, Richard Thomas of Florida.  He is predeceased by his sister, Loyce Gagnon of Dracut, Massachusetts and brothers, Merrill of    Connecticut and David of Dracut, Massachusetts.  Graveside service will be held at Highland Memorial Park, 1515 NE Third Street, Ocala 34470 on Saturday, September22, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Theresa’s Soup Kitchen, 11528 SE Hwy 301, Belleview, Florida 34420.
