Obituary of Ed Walters

Ed Walters, 53, died at Tampa General Hospital on March 4, 2009. He was born in Miami and lived in this area for 25 years. He was a maintenance supervisor for Lockheed Martin and was employed there for over 25 years. Mr. Walters served in the United States Coast Guard. He was an avid Gator fan and enjoyed deep sea fishing, gardening and cooking. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Walters, Belleview; brothers, Robert Walters, Jr., Ft. Lauderdale, FL, John Walters, Virginia, Patrick Walters, Wisconsin, Philip Walters, California, Michael Walters, Virginia, James Walters, Zephyrhills, FL; sister, Philomena Carr, Texas; parents, Beatrice and Robert Walters, San Antonio, FL; and cats, Houdini and Kimba.
