Obituary of Charles Nelson Robinson

Robinson, Charles N. Ocala - Charles N. Robinson, 88, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at his home. Born in New Haven, Connecticut, he moved to Ocala in October of 2008. He served on the U.S.S. Baltimore in the United States Navy during World War II mostly in the Pacific Theater. He worked as an auditor for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft in East Hartford, CT. He attended Grace Episcopal church. He enjoyed traveling around the United States. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Robinson of Ocala; daughters Carla Krueger of Colchester, CT and Valerie Ursin of Storrs, CT; 2 grandchildren Elise and Michael Ursin. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, on Saturday, December 18th, 2010 at Grace Episcopal Church, 503 SE Broadway Street, with the Rev. Jonathan French officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services - Ocala Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Grace Episcopal Church.
