Obituary of Robert Kelly Spence

THE VILLAGES — Robert Kelly Spence, 69, died Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Mr. Spence was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and moved to The Villages from Fort Washington, Md., in 2002. He was an owner/operator-master carpenter; and a Catholic by faith. Survivors include his wife, Eliza; daughters Yvonne Carter, Clermont, Michelle Jennings, Ocala; son, James Carter, Clermont; and four grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 18, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services-The Villages. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice. Arrangements are by Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages.
