Obituary of Ethel Louise Hollenbeck

Ethel Hollenbeck, 72, of Ocala, FL passed away at home in Dunnellon on Saturday, July 23, 2011 under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Marion County .She was born in New Haven, CT on December 9, 1938, daughter of the late Olin E. and Hazel M.(Appelhans) Meloy, Jr. and moved to Dunnellon from Boynton Beach, FL in 2005. For the last five years she was a cashier at WalMart, Hwy 200, Ocala. She very much loved her two companions, her dogs Chachi and Maemae. Ethel loved gardening. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Carl C. Hollenbeck on March 5, 1995 and her brother Robert Meloy. She is survived by her daughters and son; Darlein F. Konze (John) of PA, Debra J. Miller (Paul), of CT, Laura R. Bauer (Nathan), FL, Clifford B. Hollenbeck (Jennifer) of CT and Carla A. Konze (Keith) of PA: 12 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren. "We Love You Mom, Grandma & Great-Grandma…REST IN PEACE" A Visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011 in the TimberRidge Chapel of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 9695 SW 110th St., Ocala, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM followed by the Funeral Service at 7:00PM .Burial will be at a later date in Boynton Beach Memorial Park, Boynton Beach, FL.
