Obituary of Eulalia Wilcox

Eulalia M. Wilcox, 85, of Ocala went to be with her Lord and Savior from her home in Ocala on Monday, July 25, 2011. Born in Hartford, VT on February 26, 1926, daughter of the late Albondius P. and Adrienne R. (Laporte) Vincent, she moved here in 1997 from White River Junction, VT. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church of Ocala where she was a Secular Carmelite, belonged to the Legion of Mary and the Councel of Catholic Women. Eulalia also served as Minister to the sick and was an alter server and lead the Caregiver Support Ministry. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Earl Julius Wilcox on June 23, 2003 and siblings Peter, Juliette and Francis. She is survived by 11 brothers and sisters: Noel J., Mary Davis, Paul, Laurette Woodward, Lucille Follensbee, Daniel, Sister Alice Vincent, Robert, Andrew, John and Lawrence and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 8:30AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Ocala. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2011 (Today) from 2:00PM to 4:00PM in the TimberRidge Chapel of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 9695 SW 110th St. Ocala.
