Collins, Gary Lee Gary Lee Collins, age 45 of Ocala, Florida, died October 1, 2011. Gary is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years, Laura Collins; 2 daughters, Kylie Rae Collins and Michaela Susanne Collins both of Ocala, FL. He was born to Donald Dale Collins and Phoebe Ann Holmes Collins, June 4, 1966 in Franklin, Indiana. Gary is also survived by his mother, Phoebe Collins of Ocala, FL; Father in law, Donald Kaufman of Ocala, FL; Siblings, Greg Collins of Orlando, FL, Kathy Jo Hudson of Franklin, IN, Don Collins of Indianapolis, IN, Vicki Writt of Franklin, IN, Tina Williams of Windfall, IN. Preceding him in death was his father, Donald Dale Collins and mother in law, Carol Kaufman. Gary loved being a 'stay at home dad' for many years. He most enjoyed taking care of his girls (all three). He enjoyed the outdoors, mostly his yard and gardening. Gary liked to travel, play golf, bowling, coin collecting and Thomas Kinkaid puzzles. A Memorial service in honor of Gary will be 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 7, 2011 in the chapel at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL.
