Obituary of Arnold T. Kelley

Mr. Arnold T. Kelley, 72, of Silver Springs, died Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at his residence. A native of Deansboro, New York, he was raised in Waterville, NY. He moved to Florida in 1977, coming from upstate New York. He worked in the road construction industry as a heavy equipment operator in Volusia County before retiring and moving to Silver Springs in 2005. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lynn Yager Kelley, son Arnold J. Kelley, daughters Cheryl Kinsey and Carolyn Yates, his mother Mae Kelley, brothers James and Francis Kelley, sisters Josephine Ingalls, Joyce Smith, and Linda Fey, and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father James E. Kelley. Funeral Services for Mr. Kelley will be held at 2 PM Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd, with Rev. Bob Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow in the Waldena Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until service time.
