Obituary of James Ripley Brandon

James (Jim) Ripley Brandon Born November 23, 1932 in Paris, TN; died October 10, 2011 in Summerfield, Florida. Jim graduated from Murray State University with a Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision. After graduating he became a teacher, coach, and then a principal. After that he moved on to become a District, Regional, and then General Sales Manager for Kaiser Agricultural Chemicals. He retired as a Vice President of Marketing for Financial Insurance. He moved to Summerfield, FL from Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 1998. He is survived by his beloved wife, Paula Whaley Brandon of Summerfield, FL; step-son, Paul Anthony Dinos of Kennesaw, GA; step-daughters, Leanne Frances Middleton of Powder Springs, GA; five grandchildren; and two nieces. He was preceded in death by his sons, Phillip Gaylon Brandon, and James Stephen Brandon. Funeral service Thursday, October 13, 2011 5:PM at HIERS-BAXLEY FUNERAL SERVICES, The Villages, FL 352-753-8353. Following the service there will be social gathering immediately following the service. Graveside services will be held at 2pm in East View Cemetery in Shellman, GA on Saturday, October 15, 2011.
