Frank was just so much fun. I always enjoyed visiting with him. The last time I visited we sat and looked at pictures on his computer of his many accomplishments. He shared stories of his life. What a wonderful man.

Diana;
Louise and I would like to express to you ;and the extended families; our
sincere condolences on the death of your husband Frank.
Over the years of talking to you both I developed almost a kindred spirit with
Frank that culminated with your cruise here to Nova Scotia.Frank and I hit it off
like long lost brothers and it was a wonderful experience that we will cherish.The
repartee and the ripostes were very entertaining and kept us all in stitches most of
the day. Conrad may have thought he was in the wrong profession and how did he
get involved with such looney people.Dede found me with my multicolored t-shirt a
and red visor hat looking like a lost soul.After we got together Frank felt right at
home trading and taking barbs and did not take a back seat to anyone.The whole
day was just wonderful .I will miss not be able to tease him about the war of
1812. Frank lived a long and varied life and he lived life to the fullest .We must all
remember the good times that we all had in Franks company.Frank was a giant of a
man and we will miss him

The first time I met GP was in the lobby of the Sofitel, the night before our wedding. We had just rushed into the city, I was in the middle of checking in, we were surrounded by people. GP taps me on the shoulder, I turn around, he grabs me by both arms and says, "What are your intentions for my granddaughter?" I think, "Oh boy, here we go." "Only the most honorable Sir," I said without hesitation. He stares deep in my eyes, lets a moment of awkward silence pass by, and he says, "That's unfortunate, the dishonorable ones are the most fun!" He loved playing with the people he loved and that's how we met.
