I will forever be grateful for Eric, Misty, Olivia, Rhema, and of course Beaux, for embracing me as family when I moved to Florida on my own at 18. Eric was a great man and father, and that was represented in how he treated his children’s friends as his own and guided them as his own. I only knew him for a few years but shared great conversations in which he shared his wisdom about life, love, family, hard work, and more. He’ll be remembered for his dedication to his family, his work, and his worship. I feel grateful to have been able to share laughs and a few beers with him. RIP ❤️

I knew Eric from Winn Dixie in the Forest. He was the best store manager that I’ve ever dealt with in the company. He knew how to listen to you, solve problems in the best way possible, an amazing “people” person, and he was a great all around leader. Every morning he’d always shake my hand and say “Good Morning Mike, How are you today? What can I do to help?” Not to mention the great college sports talks we would have about Florida and LSU. A truly amazing gentlemen. He will be missed a lot. My thoughts and prayers are with his family as well as those that loved and cherished him. Until we meet again boss!

We’ve known Eric and his family a number of years due to his Mother Carol. We always felt they were part of our family. Eric & Misty did a super job raising their children. We Love you all!! RIP Eric
