Hey uncle Richie. This is your nephew Dan. Cant say how heartbroken I am over these losses lately. I really wish I could have attended the services. Just moved down to Ft. Lauderdale so, not exactly local, but alot closer than N.Y. Had to drive 26 hours back for Moms, then drive another 26 back down. Going to miss aunt Maddy, but at least shes with family.

I worked with Maddy and Richie at United Airlines reservation center in Rockleigh NJ in the 1970’s. She and Richie were so much fun to work with. We had many laughs in our bay. They both had a great sense of humor and kept me laughing. They made the workday go faster. I’m shocked and so sorry for your loss Richie!! Rest In Peace Maddy. Prayers for Richie and their family.✝️

I first met Maddy at the Aikido school where we both trained. Aikido practice proved to be quite challenging for us, but she stuck with it, overcoming the many obstacles that she faced. Nothing deterred her! And she trainnped with same spirit and vigor as those who found the training much easier. As time went on, I saw her approch many of life's challenges with the same unflappable attitude - she would simply work through the obstacles that she faced with broad determination and spirit. She was always a lot of fun to be around and her zest for life was contagious, as she embraced life to its fullest. She is sadly missed.
