Mom, How do you say goodbye to the person who has always been there? Someone who literally chose you with God’s intentions and nurtured you all your life until now. Now when I could use you most... I can’t call to hear your loving voice, seek your words of wisdom or just talk things thru. Yes, I know you are in a better place; the BEST place at that, but that still doesn’t take away the hurt I have right now. I have comfort in the arms of my loved ones and support from many; so I know I will be okay, but right now none of that’s the same without you here. I miss you, I love you and there will never be another like you! Just know that you are forever loved and will never be forgotten! Love, Your Baby Boy

My Dear Cousin Irene. We grew up together as children. She had a Brother and two sisters who have gone before her. We were more like siblings than cousins, as we were always together, including my Brother and Sister. I was fortunate to go on a cruise with Irene a few years ago. I’m so happy that we were able to do this together. I was also fortunate to be speaking with her when she told me about her illness with Pneumonia/Covid. That saddened me so much. I prayed for her and Tom during this time, as I always pray for everyone. I will miss you “Cuz”, as we affectionately called each other. I was in such shock when my Mother called me to tell me about this sad news. Irene and my Mother, were the last of my Mother’s Family. Now it’s only my Mother as her immediate family have now gone. Of course I’m half Burch too. Irene, I know you are with your family in heaven, as well as Grandma and Grandaddy. Give them all a hug and kiss for me. This loss has torn my heart. I know you are in a better place and no longer in pain. RIP MY SWEET DEAR CUZ, IRERE. I LOVE YOU. Prayers For all of Irene’s friends and family. God Bless you All. Love Linda Brooks Marrie
